News Know-how is underway! As one of only four sites across the country chosen to participate, my fellow teen librarian Rachael and myself are so excited to team with 10 local high school students and media experts (from The Wall Street Journal, The New Your Times, and The Washington Post) now through November. We'll share updates as we learn -- through experience and play -- about being smarter news consumers, and what resources to use as “media watchdogs.” Look for updates from our local teens, on how they create and connect with each other and our community through this fun and exciting new project!
