GLBT Documentary Film Festival Begins Sunday
Broaden your understanding of humanity and join us for the 2012 GLBT Documentary Film Festival focused on the many aspects of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender life. Everyone is welcome. The festival will run Sunday afternoons in October at the Main Library. Casual, facilitated discussions will follow each screening. After-Hours Improv Showcase October 12 at Maze Branch
Join us after-hours at the Maze Branch Library for a special night of improvisational theater. Erdrich, one of the most revered novelists of our time, will share stories from her newly published book, The Round House, in which she returns to the territory of her bestselling Pulitzer Prize finalist, The Plague of Doves, transporting readers to the Ojibwe reservation in North Dakota.
