Chef Emilio Gervilla, owner of Emilio’s Tapas in Hillside, will present a short cooking demonstration while discussing Spanish food, wine, and culture at 7 pm tonight at the Main Library. Enjoy a small taste of an authentic Spanish dish and a cash bar of Spanish wines.
