Meet author John Searles

Speaking of spooky, keep the lights on when reading John Searles latest release, Help for the Haunted. It's a riveting and chilling new novel about a teen whose parents are ghost whisperers, and the lengths she goes to find their killers. Suspense author Gillian Flynn calls it "frightening and beautiful" and mega-selling author Jodi Picoult says she was "completely consumed" while reading it. Hear more about the book, and meet John when he's here to present the 2013 Barbara Ballinger Lecture on Friday, Oct. 25. Reserve your space today ›
