Why the library has a survey
As your public library, one of the most vital roles we have is to offer you an exceptional customer experience. It’s a goal we strive for every day, and it’s an organizational commitment in the library’s strategic plan.
We continuously welcome your opinions and suggestions through this open-ended customer survey. Take it privately and securely online anytime from anywhere. By sharing your thoughts and feelings, you help everyone in your community get more of what they want and need from their public library.
This survey is part of our larger strategy to monitor qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, set internal benchmarks, measure our outcomes against other public libraries across the nation, and participate in larger peer group comparisons.
So while working to ensure your experience is exceptional, we’re also working to continue to be a great place to work, be leaders in our field, and be effective partners with other like-minded local and national organizations.
