117 Years Teaching Art: OP-RF High School Faculty Artists

See the work of the talented art faculty at Oak Park-River Forest High School in the exhibit titled “117 Years of Teaching Art” at the Oak Park Public Library Art Gallery through Friday, Jan. 30. The faculty artists include Department Chair Melinda Novotny, with the other art teachers Sandy Campbell, Michelle Carrow, Mark Collins, Pennie Ebsen, and Tracy VanDuinen. A variety of media, painting and photography, and a variety of subjects are represented in the show.

Peekaboo, I Love You: Baby Storytime!

Get ready to sing, bounce, tickle, sway, rock, and tap your toes to children’s songs from Sweden, New Zealand, Scotland, France, and America! For babies up to 18 months with a caregiver. Wiggles and Giggles: Interactive Storytime!

Come sing, dance, and play instruments with storyteller/music teacher Miss Pat! This lively class will have your child wiggling, leaping, hopping, and finding silly ways to move, all while boosting his or her independence. For kids 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 with caregiver.
