decorative papers and satin ribbon, can be used as photo albums or
scrapbooks. We'll provide the materials and show you how to make a

Practice ACT Test

High school students can sign up for this free, fully proctored, full-length (about 3.5 hours) practice ACT test sponsored by Kaplan Test Prep. Students will learn what to expect in a test-like environment and receive a comprehensive analysis of their performance on the test, detailing individual strengths and weaknesses.

Space is limited so registration is required. Registration begins Saturday, February 15.

Students should bring two #2 pencils and a calculator.

Manga MiniCon

Come celebrate Japanese comics, and take home comics for free! We'll have drawing instruction, a cosplay contest, Japanese food, an anime screening, and more. Bring your Yu-Gi-Oh! cards for battle if you have them.

Battle of the Bands

Come to Scoville Park to watch local teens compete for a chance to advance to the regional competition in July. Besides the opportunity to hear 6 great local bands, we'll have games and chances for the audience to win some really cool prizes just for showing up.

Teen Rockumentaries: "Synth Britannia"

Explore the world of music, have some popcorn and learn about the birth of British synthesizer groups. We will screen "Synth Britannia" (2012, 88 mins), followed by some free time to create your own synth music. Bring some friends and make your own new tunes- Oak Park style! For ages 13+.

Join French Conversation Hour to keep up your French language skills through open conversation with other French speakers.
