Inspiration: Living Life Mindfully - The Happiness Project

Sitting on the bus one day, author Gretchen Craft Rubin realizes her life is zipping along and wonders if she can't make her days happier. A "Resolution Chart" with specific activities for each month helped her define happiness and become happier with her very good life. The happiness project: why I spent a year trying to sing in the morning, clean my closets, fight right, read Aristotle, and generally have more fun reflects a change of the mind, not a change of location.
