Beautiful black and white photographs by Henry Berry will be on display from May 2 to May 30 in the Oak Park Public Library Art Gallery. A reception for the artist will be Saturday, May 4, from 2 to 4 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public. The gallery is open seven days a week during regular Library hours.

Henry Berry’s distinctive style of photography comes from his mastery of the fine art of black and white photography and a deep personal connection with his subject matter. Although his photography is influenced by such artists as Walker Evans, Ansel Adams, Alfred Stiglitz, and Clarence John Laughlin, he has developed his own unique style.
