If you like to knit, scrapbook, sew or
pursue some other craft, you probably have plenty of
"leftovers." Why not trade those things you no longer use for "new
to you" materials?
To celebrate Money Smart Week, crafters are
invited to bring craft supplies including material, thread, yarn, needles, art
supplies and holiday decorations in good condition to the check-out desk in the
Main Library Lobby any time the Main Library is open (the Library is closed
Easter Sunday). Debby Preiser will be in the Main Library Lobby on Saturday, April 15, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. to receive donations and answer questions.
The Craft Supply Swap will be in the
Community Space behind the lobby in the Main Library on Saturday, April 22,
from 10:30 a.m. to Noon. All left-over materials will be donated to the Economy
Shop. Questions? Call Debby Preiser at (708) 697-6915.
