More Than a Month: Martin Luther King Jr. Film Festival: "What Happened, Miss Simone?"

We'll mark the 31st anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and celebrate King's life and the legacy of the modern Civil Rights Movement by viewing a series of enlightening films in January.

  • Saturday, January 14, 1-3:30 pm. "What Happened, Miss Simone?" (2015, NR, 101 min.)
  • Monday, January 16, 2-4 pm. "Eyes on the Prize: Ain't Scared of Your Jails" (2006, 60 min.) 
  • Wednesday, January 18, 6-8:30 pm. "The Black Panthers: Vanguard of the Revolution" (2016, NR, 120 min.)
