Step 4:  The Committee chair shall compile the results and the Board shall discuss the evaluation in closed session at the March Board meeting.

Step 5:  Prior to the April Board meeting, the Committee chair shall prepare a written document summarizing the evaluation and reflecting the consensus reached at the closed session in March and email it to the Executive Director. At the April Board meeting, the Board shall discuss the evaluation with the Executive Director.

Step 6:  At the May Board meeting, the Executive Director and the Board will conclude the annual evaluation process with any necessary further discussion related to goals and objectives.  The Executive Director’s salary will be set before the end of the fiscal year, to be implemented in January of the following fiscal year.
