Block Party!

Calling all budding engineers! Use our brand new wooden unit blocks to build whatever your imagination can come up with, from zoos to skyscrapers and everything else. Block play helps kids gain important math skills like counting, shapes, weight, volume, spatial skills, grouping and sorting as well as well as improve hand-eye coordination and problem solving skills. Building also lets kids practice their storytelling and narrative skills, which are important for early literacy. No registration. All ages.

Looking for some kids costuming ideas that look cool but are easy to make? Theater professionals Rachel Boultinghouse and Mark Botelho will be here to show you how to make costumes and apply makeup for Halloween fun. Registration necessary for this adults-only event.
