Drop-in family storytime. Children aged 2 to 6 and their caregiver attend at 10am for a big, lively storytime that is full of favorites. Children birth to 24 months attend Young & Restless at 11am with a caregiver for short books paired with songs and rhymes modeled to introduce pre-literacy skills.
Designed for 4 to 8 year olds who are ready for more challenging picture books. Crafts and activities will be matched with the stories in this hands-on session that is a great way to discover both new books and new friends.
This class is designed for three and four-year-olds, to prepare for a school environment. Children are learning how to participate in groups and engage independently, while listening to longer books and more challenging concept games. Caregivers are encouraged to attend. Limit: 30. This class is designed for children with special needs ages 3 and up with caregiver support. Classes are structured with Boardmaker schedules and include fun picture books and songs, along with fine and gross motor movement activities. Special supports like lap weights and fidget toys are available to help children be successful. Siblings welcome.
