Meet TatianaWhat I do at the library: I'm a Technology Assistant. I help patrons in the Main Library third-floor computer area with their computer and printing-related questions.

How I turn outward: When I'm asked a technology question, my goal is to guide patrons through the answer and help them learn something new. I'm gratified when I can help patrons feel more empowered on the computer.

My favorite "hidden library gem": I think our Art Gallery on the second floor of the Main Library, which showcases the work of rotating local artists, is very special.

Something I love about Oak Park: I love walking around Oak Park and admiring all the beautiful architecture. It's like a living museum.

What I’m reading, listening to, and watching now: I'm reading A Poetry Handbook by Mary Oliver. It's a book geared toward poets wanting to improve their craft. I'm not a poet, but I'm reading it to try to deepen my understanding and appreciation of poetry. I'm listening to Corinne Bailey Rae's new album, The Heart Speaks in Whispers. And for TV, it's Game of Thrones season!
