You’re receiving this newsletter because you gave us your email address when you registered for a library card or because you have previously subscribed. For many of you, this is the first email newsletter you’ve received from the library. We hope you enjoy getting biweekly updates from us about our events, collections, and other current happenings. We want to be sure you are aware of all the services and resources available at your public library. If you’d rather not receive these emails, you can unsubscribe right away and you’ll never get another one—though you’ll continue to receive email notices about your library card account. And we will NEVER sell or otherwise distribute your email address.

Seniors and teens and a kids’ blog! Oh my!
We celebrate seniors next week with three events to help you keep your brain healthy, travel independently, and play video games. Learn to keep your memory sharp at Brain Health on May 22. Explore Turkey with Zygmunt and Irma Sokolnicki on May 24. And on May 25 dance and play games at Seniors Just Want to Have Fun. Call 708-452-3440 or visit our website for more about these events .
Teens preparing for finals can drop in at our study sessions to get help with tough questions, study as a group, indulge in some brain food, and chat with a reference librarian. Visit our teen site for more resources (and distractions) for teens.
On our News for Kids blog you’ll find new titles in our collections, photos, and quips and fun information from the gerbils. Subscribe to the RSS feed or visit the page to see the latest. |
