Elizabeth Berg lives in Oak Park, and is the bestselling author of many novels, including Open House [1], which was an Oprah's Book Club selection. In 1997 Berg won the New England Booksellers Award for her body of work. She was made a "literary light" by Boston Public Library, has been honored by Chicago Public Library, and was given the AMC Cancer Research Center's Illuminator Award.
