Summer reading fun continues through August

Explore a universe of stories with us this summer!

How does it work?
Visit any library location or the Book Bike to sign up now. Get a reading and activity log tailored by age or grade level and start reading.

Who can join?
Everyone! Open to kids ages 3 through grade 9 who live anywhere on Earth. No library card required.

What about kids under 3?
Families can sign up babies, toddlers, and preschoolers for 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten at any library location, anytime! Learn more about this long-term program »

Moon Landing Celebration
Saturday, July 20, 2-3 pm, Main Library Storytime Room.
Fifty years ago, on July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong took the first steps on the moon. Celebrate all things lunar with activities, crafts, and snacks.

Smarty Pants Big Balloon Show
Thursday, August 22, 7-8 pm, Main Library Veterans Room.
Summer is ending, but we’re still celebrating with magic, comedy and balloons, of course! Best for ages 4-104.
