How to access from any Oak Park library building (on any library computer or device connected to the library’s WiFi)

Get access to News:

1. Click the link above for “From inside any Oak Park library building.”
2. First-time users will be prompted to create an account. See “Create an account” directions below »
   If you have previously created an account through the library, enter your username and password when prompted.
3. Enjoy unlimited, full website access to News.

How to access from anywhere outside the library

Get access to News and all-access features—Cooking, Games, Wirecutter, and The Athletic:

1. Click the link above for “From anywhere outside the library.”
2. Enter your Oak Park library card number when prompted.
3. On the next screen, you will see an instant digital access code with 72 hours of full site access and all-access features. Click “REDEEM.”
4. First-time users will be prompted to create an account. See “Create an account” directions below »
   If you have previously created an account, enter your username and password when prompted.
5. Once your pass expires, return to this page to request a new instant digital access code for another 72 hours.

Create an account

1. Enter your email address and create a password or connect using an existing Google, Facebook, or Apple account. Your email address will become your username. You will need to remember this username and password to log in next time.
