Checkout periods & lending limits

  • Check out 20 items and place 20 holds at a time
  • Lending periods:
    • Ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines: 7-21 days
    • Videos (available in the web browser, but not Libby): 3-7 days
  • Media on Demand/Libby users benefit from access to thousands of shared titles through the library’s consortium. In addition, Oak Park purchases copies of many titles available only to Oak Park cardholders. Therefore, wait times are often shorter than initially indicated.
